Shipping policy

Delivery

We offer delivery up to 40km from our home studio in Keilor Downs at an additional price. Please note that deliveries will be made Mon-Sat 9am to 5pm and you will get a notification from Shopify when the flowers are out for delivery and when they have been delivered.

We are unable to cater to preferred delivery times; however if you have an urgent request please leave a note in the notes section before checkout, and we will try our best to accommodate. 

Please note that all deliveries will be left in a safe place unless otherwise specified in notes. If requested to hand the flowers to the recipient, but they are uncontactable after multiple attempts, we will leave the flowers in a safe place, and proof of delivery will be provided. If the recipient is residing in a unit, please ensure they are at home to receive the flowers or provide specific delivery instructions, as the driver will be unable to enter the building. 

Lovemelovemenotfloristry will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the flowers after delivery has been made. 

Pickup

Pick up is available from 9am - 5pm Mon-Sat or 9am-12pm on Sundays from our home studio in Keilor Downs. Please select what time you are planning to arrive from the available options at checkout. When your order is ready, we will leave them out the front door (up the stairs) at your designated pick up time. If you are running late, please let us know a new ETA so that we can hold the flowers for you.
