Shipping policy

Delivery

We offer delivery up to 40km from our home studio in Keilor Downs. Please note that deliveries will be made Mon-Sat 9am to 5pm and we will provide a rough ETA on the day of delivery. We will be unable to cater to preferred delivery times however if you have an urgent request please leave a note in the notes section before checkout and we will try our best to accommodate. 

Please note that all deliveries will be left in a safe place unless otherwise specified in notes. If requested to hand the flowers to recipient but they are uncontactable after multiple attempts, we will leave the flowers in a safe place. Proof of delivery will be provided and lovemelovemenotfloristry will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the flowers after delivery has been made. 

Pickup

Pick up is available from 9am - 5pm Mon-Sat from our home studio in Keilor Downs. Please select what time you are planning to arrive from the available options at check out and we will bring them out to you!
