At Lovemelovemenotfloristry, every arrangement is made fresh to order using the best blooms available on the day. Due to seasonal availability, colour tones and flower varieties may vary, we work hard to match your chosen style, but exact replication of photos is not always possible.Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee your flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition. If your order arrives damaged or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lovemelovemenotfloristry@gmail.com with a clear photo so we can review and resolve the issue.
When We Will Replace or Credit
We will provide a replacement arrangement or store credit if:
- The flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition upon delivery.
- There is a significant error with your order (e.g., wrong product type, incorrect size).
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds or replacements will not be offered for:
- Minor variations in colour, flower variety, or design style due to seasonal availability.
- Differences between product images and delivered arrangements (photos are for reference only).
- Deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Deliveries where the recipient is unavailable and flowers are left in a safe place.
- Damage occurring after delivery due to lack of care or environmental conditions beyond our control.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery will receive store credit only, as flowers may already be purchased or arrangements prepared.

While we cannot guarantee exact replicas of photos, we promise to always deliver a beautiful arrangement of equal or greater value to what was ordered.
